Dr Shantini and partners witnessed firsthand how debate transformed students, giving them confidence, clarity of thought, and powerful communication skills.

It is clear that students with the confidence to speak clearly and think critically are more empowered in academics, leadership, and life. But many promising students never get the opportunity or the right guidance, especially in environments that only emphasise grades, not voice or thought.
So we created Apex Thought, a place where children and teens learn more than just to debate; they grow into confident communicators, sharp thinkers, and resilient leaders. Our programme blends structured training with engaging, supportive mentoring, so students enjoy the learning process, not just the outcomes.
